SnoreBuddy Instructions for Fitting and Use

Anti Snoring Mouthpiece Instructions: Molding Before First Use

1. Holding onto the holding tab, submerge the Snorebuddy Anti Snoring Mouthpiece in boiling water for ten seconds.

2. Place the warm SnoreBuddy mouthpiece onto the lower jaw by holding onto the tab. With the TOP facing up, move the lower jaw into a comfortable forward position and bite down into your SnoreBuddy mouthpiece. The most forward and comfortable position gives the best result.

3. To ensure a tight fit, suck air out of the SnoreBuddy mouthpiece and press against it using the tongue and lips. Press your fingers against lips and cheeks to improve the custom fit.

4. Remove SnoreBuddy mouthpiece and place in cold water to set the shape. Refit the Snorebuddy mouthpiece into your mouth to check the fit. Repeat the above instructions to obtain the final custom fit.

5. Once comfortable, cut off the holding tab as close as possible to the SnoreBuddy mouthpiece.

If snoring persists, remold with your jaw extended a little further forward.

It may take a few nights to get accustomed to sleeping with your Snorebuddy mouthpiece, but please persevere for a restful nights sleep.

A storage container is included. Use toothpaste or mouthwash to keep your SnoreBuddy mouthpiece hygienically clean.
